Those are full size coin-op tables. My guess would be maybe National or Global.

I think a lot of forum readers may have difficulty imagining the purchasing power of $27,000 in 1979. I purchased a 2,200 square foot ranch style home in a middle class neighborhood in December of 1978. I paid $45,000. I still live in the house.
