I think it's an Adam AH/8 Blackstone from the early 1970's. It has a very early Adam joint. By the way, that's real Rosewood on that cue . This cue is constantly being confused with Palmers too.

You are right Chris, it an AH/8 Blackstone and it certainly is from the early 1970's, the pictured is using Adams first bumper style.
