9 ft American Heirloom United something, Simonis. Moved this table from one house at Wintergreen Ski Resort to another house further up the mountain.Had to wear those little booties on our shoes which made it interesting carrying the frame and slate up the steps. Wish I could have taken more pics but the house was full of contractors. This was a beautiful house with awesome views.

Thats a Union League reproduction, looks horrible with 6 legs though.

i love all these table setup pics you post. its really interesting to see how different manufactures design their guts. whats up with that white slate? is that common?

~Will.

Thanks for the replies. Its more like primer gray colored slates, fairly common for slate from Brazil, at least for newer tables.

Thanks Chris I couldn't remember the name. I dont do many of them.

Hey Pat, I use a 14.4 , it's a little lighter and seems to have enough power. I like the Hitachi for the most part but sometimes it makes a wicked grinding noise when I switch it from low to high.

To be technical about it Brunswick is an American company, nobody can argue that, however they are not made in America and it does not say that.At least they dont try to hide it because the country they are made in is printed right on the boxes. One thing is for sure an American put it together. Thats how I explain it to the customers.:groucho:

Can't argue that.

Do you do recovering in Arlington?

.

With the decrease in table sales I have expanded my range to the Richmond area(60-80 miles away) and also the DC area(90-120 miles away). My services include recovering and new table installs in those areas only. No moves (DC and Richmond) but I will make 2 trips to the Richmond area to replace cushions.

I would charge $350(labor only,no cloth) to recover or install a table in those areas for private customers or new installs for table dealers if the tables are delivered to the room that they are to be installed in. Recovering jobs would include re-clothing the bed and rails, re-leveling the frame and/or slates, replacing or repairing facings and feather strips, adjusting or making minor repairs to the table, ball returns and ball boxes.

I am not the cheapest price in town but I guarantee complete customer satisfaction and take great pride in the work that I do.

Thanks in advance for any possible leads that come from you.

I have a printed bed customer in Arlington.
The cloth is Hainsworth (worsted) with the USMC logo centered.
Unless either of you have no interest I'll pass on both your numbers to the client.

For the record, I never recommend any one mechanic over another -
just pass on the contact info as a convenience for the client and let
them make their own install arrangements.

I would be happy to install that cloth for him. Chris is definately closer though. Here's one I did last year for the University of Virginia in the New John Paul Jones arena for the Men's basketball team in their players lounge.

8' Brunswick Honey Camden with Navy Blue Titan. I broke this table down last March and went back today after the basement had been remodeled. What a nice room it was to play pool in.
