Morris vs Reyes... who do you think will win and why?

Is that Morris' cornerman? He looks Filipino.

He sure looks like one, his last name does indicate so and it looks like he's used to doing that overlapped fingers closed loop bridge!LOL Didn't you know that Rodney has Filipino blood? I wonder if Mr. Padua was the one who introduced the game to Rodney?

Anyway, even though Efren historically moves his game a notch up in big prize matches. I'm going with Rodney. He's got the game to match Efren at this time, he's got the great personality as do Efren but I think Rodney is on a roll. Plus his winning will be great for the sport and it's related industries.

efren all the way ,more experience, morris will fold like a cheap suit, congrats to both.they both deserve to win.

The best handicapper in the world couldn't convince me to bet against the magic man and feel good about it.......I'm pulling for the Rocket because he has paid his dues and he is American but......that smiling little trickster just never goes away.....amazing!!!

This one will surely be a lot closer than the Sigel/Reyes match.

Rodney is playing the best pool of his life. I have watched him a lot in the past and he would come up with great matches and then have lousy matches. Now he is only having great matches and the pools balls look like golf balls going into the pockets.

He has the utmost confidence in his abilities.

Age will be a big factor as will stamina and conditioning.

Right now Rodney does not even look winded.

I will pick Morris knowing full well that either player can break and run out the set at any time.

I would love to see Rodney win, but I have my doubts. Rodney is playing top notch pool, but yesterday the pressure seemed to be getting to him a little. We know Efren will play fantastic under the pressure. I am rooting for Rodney, but I would bet on Efren.

I like Rodney.. I like his break over Efren's and that is what it is going to take to snap the 500K. Good Luck Rodney.. go USA

I agree, its the same reason Danny Medina beat Efren at the Rivera in the 8-Ball finals. In his hey day Medinas break was pure power, and with the slow cloth it gives RM the edge. Rodney had 89 total B&R's and Efren had 69, a noticable difference, I just wish they would alternate break with it being such a short race.

Rodney is so focus. I would even say he is hungrier than Efren. But as history has shown Efren does win when the cash is on the line. Like others have said, it is hard to bet against Efren but I really would like to see Rodney take this one down. On behalf of Rude Dog and myself,"GO ROCKET!"

I really like Rodney but I love Efren! and I have to say, that in the images from this tournament he is really starting to look old =( ...I will be happy for whoever wins but my heart is with Efren.

The only thing going against Morris is inconsistency. We'll never know who's going to appear tomorrow, The Rocket or a Bar Player.

My money would be on Reyes. You simply know that Reyes is going to come out and shoot phenomenal for this much cash. He gets better the more at stake. Rodney on the other hand choked against Efren in the final 6 quite a few times and barely won hill-hill. Now he has the pressure of playing Efren AND playing for 500 large, it is going to be tough to keep his focus and shoot well, especially considering that I dont think Efren is going to miss in this final.

If I had to put my money on one of them it would definitely be Efren. But with this crappy short race format anything could happen. Both players are winners IMO.

Efren is struggling and Rodney is not. Rodney also beat 'em earlier. So, I think Rodney will take it. He's got the correct mindset and everything.

But when it comes to a phenomenal competitor like Efren, you never really know. Maybe precisely BECAUSE he's struggling he'll pull something out of his hat. Great champions feed on adversity.

It looks

like Efren is carrying a few more pounds than he usually does, and I think the momentum is with Rodney, but it is fact, you can never never count Efren out, he is just too darn good.

I am pulling for Rodney!

No vBookie?

Got to agree with this thinking, lewdo
I'd take Rodney today, but it is sure hard to bet against either one of them.

Is there an 'official' betting line?

Is there a vBookie for this?
