Mosconi Cup 2012 Day (4) Discussion

If Dechaine wins the next match to tie the score surely it has to be Melling vs Archer for the cup.
 
This is the first time I've been able to watch the live feed and all I can say is... these announcers are awful.
 
They continue after the break.. well yeah ofcourse they do!

I am sensating a weird mixture of hoping NvdB will bring it home for Europe, but I also want to see that last match!
 
If Mike takes the next game to make it 3-3 it's anybody's match. NVB looks just as nervous now as Mike did in the beginning.

I have never heard "turning point" "Best shot of the match" "Worst shot of the match"
Said more times in one day

They need to do better
 
it's like a cycle, he hits one ball a little tentative and cinches it, then he's even tougher on the next one. Once in a while he breaks the cycle and plays really nice close shape. But it seems like there's no way to dogproof any of these racks.

Good thing he missed the early 9b combo by a mile, you don't want to rattle that ball.

One of the Americans should sneak over and, when Chris isn't aware, sprinkle sequins and glitter all over the back of his shirt. Then, from the back, he'd look like a Fabergé egg. :p

After 3 days he should be used to it.

Wow Nick dogs an easy jump shot. See, jumping is NOT automatic just because you have a jump cue.
