Marcel didn’t have a chance to call it… Micky speared the ball right away.

I can call this a foul from a mile away, all you have to do is look at the cueball reaction....you can't call nothing when you stare and close to the balls like that trying to identify double hit by "eye-balling" it. you can never do that, which is why Marcel couldnt call it. The guy isn't that good of a referee, he demonstrated this many times to me where I see him staring at the balls like a hawk when they are close where instead he could just watch the cueball reaction from far and can make better calls.
