non pool era? what is thatthe non pool player era?
This is probably the least amount of actual pressure he has faced in years. He’s not even the face of the team anymore and the “choke artist” label is firmly attached to Styer. So Shane can finally just play his normal game for once.Meanwhile, in bizarro world, SVB is playing flawless at the Mosconi Cup.

Mosconi is organised by Matchroom. Early Mosconi's were in London every year. Nobody really knew what 9 ball was in the UK back then so Matchroom(who also promote snooker) packed the European team full of snooker players that would be a draw to British people, but had no experience of actually playing the game. Most of them didn't take it very seriously though Steve Davis seemed to really fall in love with the game. Actually remember Ronnie O'Sullivan beating Earl one year despite having hardly played the game.non pool era? what is that
It's gonna take a while to get over this for sureI haven't been watching yet today. Can't believe what I'm reading about Tyler's match though. This poor guy needs to take two weeks off and then quit!

1) has there been any 9 ball break?
2) there has been a shot where the cue ball dropped dead after bouncing on the rail. Day 2 I think. Anyone recall the shot? The cue ball jumped on the rail and efffectively dropped dead next to it. Never seen it before.
