Mosconi Cup Match Times

Does anyone know what time the Mosconi Cup matches kick off? I checked the web site and no times are listed, hell for that matter the matches are listed as taking place December 6 through the 9 rather than the 13 through the 16.

They start today at 2pm eastern through 7pm and the same everyday I think.--Leonard

They are mimicking "The Ryder Cup" in golf.

First of all, the Mosconi Cup has always been about the US and Europe. Second of all, it is not the UK, because the UK is a country whereas Europe is a continent. As far as I know Peach is the only guy from the UK on this year's european team.

Thirdly, what makes you say the US should play an asian team to make the matchup more even? I am sure that the best european players would kick the US team's behinds. Unfortunatly, politics makes the Europeans not send the best players out there... That's why Mika is not there, or Hohmann, or Ortmann, etc...

Can you elaborate on this, as to why these players are prevented from being chosen?

Simply because it is supposed to be a europen team, so they are trying to put as many different nations in there as possible. There is no doubt that the european teams could have been a lot better in the past years if diversity would not play such an important role. Davis in the Mosconi Cup because he is one of Europe's best Pool players?! Please...
