Wife talked to AXS today.Yeah AXS either couldn't handle the load or just had some system glitch. Initially when I saw the system spew out "no tickets are available" when finding the season pass (Standard and Premium), I thought those really sold out so I went ahead and booked day passes. Then I read online that others experienced the same thing and Matchroom released a statement saying it was a system error, I went back and was able to book a Standard 4-day pass. Then had to deal with AXS customer support to request refunds for the day passes. It was a nightmare.
I called Mandalay Bay Concierge service and bought my tickets through them. They had some difficulty but were able to do it. I tried online at the AXS site, it let me choose seats and enter all my credit card info but when I would hit the final purchase button it said it had an error, I tried multiple times on different devices, same results.
