Can't find a way on the website to purchase.
We got e-mail notification and followed that link.
Please help.

Still got worse seats than I expected. (We were on the list from day one.)
Probably because wife couldn't buy them at 10:30.

I even called AXS they suck too.
Had a nice fight over dinner because of it.
I followed everything from the e-mail they sent and it was a dead end.

Got the Standard Season Pass best available. Short end of table. Section 4 Row Q.

For me -- on a desktop computer -- it looks like this and either the BUY NOW or the Tickets buttons work for me. You may have to reload/refresh.

Weird. It sucks.
The second link I posted, after much frustration, is very direct.
And......
btw..... If you get the Season Pass it only says Dec 7th. (this started another argument with wife)
but................. it is good for all 4 days. I knew it had to be. You will see that on your confirmation.

At one point we had all info entered to purchase and that got screwed up too.

Yeah AXS either couldn't handle the load or just had some system glitch. Initially when I saw the system spew out "no tickets are available" when finding the season pass (Standard and Premium), I thought those really sold out so I went ahead and booked day passes. Then I read online that others experienced the same thing and Matchroom released a statement saying it was a system error, I went back and was able to book a Standard 4-day pass. Then had to deal with AXS customer support to request refunds for the day passes. It was a nightmare.
 
I want to go so badly. Plus I love the Mandalay Bay. Glad they picked it for a location.

Wife talked to AXS today.
They said they received numerous complaints and calls.
Lady said she couldn't even help anyone at one point, on their own system!
Total fail on their part.
Hope when it comes back in 2 years they have it ironed out.
 
I called Mandalay Bay Concierge service and bought my tickets through them. They had some difficulty but were able to do it. I tried online at the AXS site, it let me choose seats and enter all my credit card info but when I would hit the final purchase button it said it had an error, I tried multiple times on different devices, same results.

It was horrible.
They should be ashamed. Hopefully it's better next time around.
