Mosconi Updates Please

Day 1 over - USA missed several shots and Europe missed 1 ball (and left the cue safe). Rolls went one way.

Day 2 USA needs a good nights sleep, early practice time on the practice table, and come out more determined than ever. Take a quick lead today and show Europe they are not giving up. If the rolls go USA's way we could see the score at the end of day 2 at 4-6 or 3-7. Its not over yet but USA's got an uphill battle.

Johnny - keep your focus and determination
Hatch - focus more on the game and less on pumping up the crowd or joking with teammates
Earl - put on your weights and ear muffs and play like the champ you are
Corey - keep your composure and you will be just fine
Rodney - shoot with your own cue and show us the consistency you had in the 10 ball championship

If you get Corey in there, that will certainly draw some attention :p

Good thoughts. Do you mean Shane instead of Corey? ;)

Wow, Matchroom Sports and JP strikes again with the photos telling the story. THANKS SO MUCH!

Jeanette is radiant, standing here with Barry Hearn, as they are inducted into the BCA's Hall of Fame last night.

Here's none other than AzBilliards' Jerry Forsyth. Doesn't he look at little like Oliver Ortmann?

Looks like most of the BCA Hall of Famers were in attendance at the banquet.

Here is Billiards Digest Publisher Mike Panozzo; with the "Raising the Hustler" Documentary creator, the beautiful Angel Levine; and The Kentucky Colonel himself, Nick Varner.

you certainly sugarcoated it better than I could have...I won't even copy my post from another thread....but tidbits are, what focus and determination? give earl his meds or take him out to the barn....stop dropping the "f: bomb, how many times did we hear team Europe using the "f" or "s" bombs....as they say on the nfl pre game show, "c'mon guys"!

Aw, here's Ralf and his lovely wife. Great photo! :)
