Mosconi updates

SVB vs. Darryl Peach coming up.

The next mosconi match will be Daryl Peach vs. Shane VanBoening. I'll provide updates as it happens.
 
Daryl's mistake and advantage

Daryl missed an open shot at the two and got a lucky safe. shane scratched after a jump shot that missed. and Daryl took the first rack.
 
Shane tied it

Shane played a two way bank carom and made the bank after Daryl went long and hooked himself. He kicked it and left the bank for Shane. The break is killing these guys. It's now tied 1-1
 
Shane made a perfect two rail kick safe.

Daryl hooked Shane and Shane did a perfect two rail kick safe back at him.
 
Daryl returned with another kick safe

Daryl returned the kick safe and Shane hit it and left the two open. He ended up having to play another safe on the three. Shane left him a combo but no open shot on the three. Daryl didn't quite get the three safe again. And Shane made a nice cut on the three. Shane made some excellent shots to run out and take the lead 2-1.
 
Daryl almost tied it.

Daryl had a good break and ran out to the eight but hooked himself brhind the nine. He jumped it good but rattled the eight and Shane made a really nice thin cut with good shape to get up 3-1
 
Shane came up dry.

Shane came up dry on the break and Daryl ran out to bring it back to within one game at 3-2, Shane.
 
Shane returned the favor.

This time Daryl came up dry on the break and Shane ran it out to take up to 4-2.
 
Shane takes it five to two.

Shane Combos and runs out to take his lead over Daryl Peach 5-2.
 
Comes up dry.

Daryl coimes up dry on his break. Let's see how Shane does with it.
 
Shane wins it.

Shane got bad shape on the three but banks it and makes some good shots to win 6-2 over the World Champion Daryl Peach. USA up 2-1 over Europe for the Mosconi Cup so far.
