Game five.

Ralph gets bad shape on the break, and pockets a ball, but it's ruled an illegal break and USA has to pushout.

Europe attempts to play safe and leaves the two open but a difficult cut into the top corner. Shane is at the helm though. Shane makes the cut but hits the three on the follow up and doesn't get the shape for it. I'm hoping that Earl doesn't screw this up. Earl screws up the sdafety but slops in the four.

Shane doesn't have a great shot on the three but rattles it out of the pocket but doesn't leave it easy at all.

Ralph tries the safety and while he doesn't leave it easy, it was not hidden.

Earl tries the safety and fails to hide the ball and leaves an open cut.

Daryl makes the cut on the three with good shape on the six. Europe runs out to make it hill to nill. Another rack lost due to Earl.

Game 6

Earl the pearl fails to get proper shape but Shane manages to play a decent shape with what Earl leaves him.

Ralph gets out the jump cue and misses the four but manages to hit it and slops a safety to Earl. Earl gets the twwo rail safe but manges to carom in the six and Shane is stuck playing the safe Earl left. This is not Earl's tournament so far.

Shane almost makes a one rail kick on the four in the side but it rattles out and leaves the four open.

Europe has an open table and they should runout for the match. They get it for the shutout.
 
Shane should do great with Earl. All he has to do is turn off his hearing aid and voila! No annoying Earl.

Singles action next.

The next match will be singles. I have to go out and hit a few games I might miss the first couple of games in the singles match but I'll be back in in a few minutes and catch you guys up.

and ever single win for the Euro team can be directly atributed to a Earl flob up .... tough day for the guy.....
