I just picked up a high end cue. One of the nicest cues I've ever seen. It's a Parrot cue that is loaded with ivory and scrimshaw. I will load a couple of pics upin the morning.

I am posting this to see what people have heard or seen with there own eyes.

I will be taking this cue to the Derby and it is said to be worth 12k and 15k.

The ivory and silver handle ginacue was reported to have an offer of over $500,000 from a japanese buyer and Ernie *Ginacue cuemaker* declined.

wow, that must have been an amazing cue. I wish I would of brought my cue to the house to take a pic and put it up. I think most high end cue collectors will be amazed.

A cue is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, not the price that someone is trying or willing to sell for. The intimidator certainly will never fetch any 150,000.00. Ernies cue had an offer once for 60,000.00 that he declined and later I heard he was offered 75,0000.00. I've sure never heard about any 500,000 though. As far as I know, the highest price ever payed for a new cue was for a Thomas Wayne cue that supposedly sold for 103,000.00.

I believe the Lambros Dragon cue sold for more.

George Balabuskas 2nd cue was discovered in a storage trunk in a building that got torn down, the cue was broken, I heard that cue went for over $100,000. I read that in a magizine some where?

Did Leonard Bludworth ever complete the million dollar cue he talked about making for an asian collector in the late 90's. I heard it was loaded with diamonds and gold inlays.

Hey Azer's,
This question makes it to a thread about once a year..
I've answered this in previous years..
The largest priced cue ever SOLD was the one and only "Last Work" of Gus Szamboti. Much more expensive then any cue mentioned.
I sold this cue for the Szamboti family about 7 years ago.
Sorry guys.. I can't discuss the exact price..
Best,
Ken Kerner
