Like him or not, the guy plays GOOOOOD! Its just sad to see some "wanna be's" trash him because they are jealous of him. JMO.

I am not even a "wanna be", more like a "never gonna be"; but I don't like the guy because he's a jerk. I've dealt with him personally on a business transaction. I normally wouldn't put out the information, but since he is a topic of hot discussion ... I had to threaten to file a legal claim against his company before I could get a measly $200 back. By all respects though, once I spoke with Jimmy Reeves, everything was taken care of.
 
Powerful Stroke

There is no doubt that Larry has a one powerful stroke, but there are a coulple of other players that do as well.

Mike Massey and Semih Sayginer.

Any others come to mind?
 
Larry called me yesterday to confirm that he is coming to the event on June 7-8 at Burrkats in Monroe, NC (link to tourney flyer: http://vikingcue.com/pages/9ball/flyers/BurrkatsJune08.pdf . Come see his stroke for yourself.

Larry has been tearing up the regional tours here in the South and I want somebody to put him in his place. (Yeah he's a chump, Larry has basically just been pretty luck this year...LOL.) I will be offering a cash bounty on Larry Nevels head at the Burrkats event for anyone that knocks him out of the event before the finals.

Come see the action for yourself. Heck, if there are enough spectators there we be able to get him to do a POWERSTROKE trick shot show for the crowd.


Shawn Putnam also confirmed that he will be coming to the event. Shawn is a master of Jump Shots and I am sure we could talk him into giving us an exibition of his skills.

Is Larry gonna be allowed to play in the Amateur Division as well? :D :eek: :D . I'll try to see you Sunday.
 
I predict that Easy-E will nearly win the Amateur Tournament but lose a squeaker in the finals.
