No, they may be overrated.
It's their sneaky pete that is under-rated..their best hitting cue, imo.

Most Under Rated would be Old Brunswick House Cue PRE 1960's, just the plane nasty House Cue, NOT THE TITLISTS people are fighting over.

Most under rated custom builder: Wes Hunter @ Hunter Classics

Most under rated production: Old McDermott D series

I think Pechauer cues hit really well for the price that is asked of them. I have a playing cue and their old break cue right now and I really like them.
