I second Bierbower. I haven't shot with one, so take my opinion as a grain of salt, but I hope to have him build me one at some point.
He's a very old school accomplished player, steel joints, and has the classic look down. I hear his cues play very well.

Solid recommendations so far lads! Haven't heard of any of these makers other than one which is exactly what I was wanting. Bierbower is really up my alley looking at his catalog. I will be looking into these suggestions. Feel free to keep them coming if a maker comes to mind.

Bob immediately came to mind and he can produce a great cue. I should know, right?

I was gonna send it this year on a tasc or an owen. They are pricey. Maybe next year. No doubt Bob makes some stellar cues.
