Not sure but I heard that Paul has officially retired. I haven't talked to him about it but I plan on it next time I see him. My source should be pretty reliable but it could be bad info.
I heard that Jim is currently teaching someone how to make cues.
But to answer your question I don't know what the wait time is, but you could call his shop and you could get an answer. Its 2pm so I am sure that he or Jimmy are there.
If I remember correctly, for Jim it is 9 - 12 months for a simple cue and 18 months + for fancy. This was in late 2007, so the times have probably increased some.
