I’m sorry, but your message here on this forum leaves a lot to be explained.
(1) Under what circumstances did I bother the Juan De Fuca Pool league using disruption and interference? Be careful here I have witnesses prepared to testify and was not within thirty miles except to petition this league on two nights.
(2) Under what conditions do you believe you have the right to determine your time and effort constraints for or about people asking questions?

bills@playcsipool.com with any questions regarding these and any BCAPL rules.”
(3) Legal action is what it may take to open your eyes to the benefits of following your own advertised rules and policies.
What policies can you have without rules to back them up?
And where are the ones about fairness and hearings to prevent unfair actions.
League Operator Code of Ethics
Pledge In matters of ethics, pool league operators sanctioned by the BCA Pool League (BCAPL) are required to be dedicated to the promotion of honest, fair and competitive pool leagues, and believing that honorable competition between players and other leagues is essential to the accomplishments of our common objectives, do hereby pledge to abide by the following Code of Ethics.

not engage in illegal activity involving moral turpitude or conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.
We shall
not make a material false statement, nor deliberately fail to disclose a material requested fact, in connection with an application for sanctioning with the BCAPL.
We shall at all times treat all players, other leagues and the public with dignity, respect and courtesy.
We shall always conduct ourselves and our league business in a fair and honest manner refraining at all times from conduct or practices that inhibit the expansion of pool leagues or that reflect discredit upon the sport other BCAPL-sanctioned (or advertised as to be sanctioned) leagues or the BCAPL.
We shall not engage in or permit any unauthorized use of the Association’s name or logo or the unauthorized use of any other materials in which the BCAPL claims a proprietary interest.

League Operators are bound to abide by the aforementioned Pledge and Code of Ethics as a condition of sanctioning with the BCA Pool League, subject to the review of the BCAPL. The BCAPL reserves the right to deny any applicant, as well as revoke any league sanctioning from an operator it deems, at its sole and absolute discretion, operates in an unfair or dishonest manner, inhibits the expansion of pool leagues, discredits the sport or other BCAPL sanctioned leagues, discredits the BCAPL or operates to undermine the growth of the BCAPL league system by negligent, unethical or immoral behavior.

Well that’s one out of six or five out of six depending on you view point, in my favor!
How can you expect any player to respect or obey rules that you wrote when you can’t obey or respect them yourselves.
Computers all have unique identifiers including the ISP. Usually found in the properties tab of the file menu. However nowhere does a computer guarantee that the user name is the person that is signing the document!
What about using another persons computer and representing themselves as the person that the recipient expects belongs to that computer, like mates of league operators! Check the Husbands other known messages and compare them to known messages from the League Operator for phraseology, I feel that your going to find that he is playing league operator not the wife and that’s fraud whether he and she are aware of it or not. Could it be her lack of control over the situation is the cause of her resignation. I’m also sure that she will back him up by admitting that she wrote it, and that is fraud also.
Now, what about that statement that there are 32 players in their league while in all actuality there were only 24? Didn’t that come from the Husband?

Listened to its league operator and bent over backwards to help? From the league operators husbands own hand and he’s not the league operator. What is he talking about? De-sanctioning, that’s what!
This along with others should stimulate you attention and curiosity! How can a non- league operator who is not my league operator request my de-sanctioning?
As far as muddying your name only YOU can do that and only YOU can correct that?
I intended to show a copy of the Juan de Fuca Pool League Roaster here, but AZ Billiards will not allow it to be copied and pasted.
How can a league with only 24 players be sanctioned? How can a league with only 5 teams be sanctioned? How can a league without subs play consistently?
The BCAPL Web Site clearly states 10 times that you must have 30 players with 6, 4 man teams to be sanctioned by the BCAPL.

· The criteria for league sanctioning is very simple as long as you adhere to the following guidelines: Any league requesting BCA sanction must consist of a minimum of 30 players and a minimum of 6 teams. ** Minimum League Size:
The BCA Pool League is primarily a league of standard weekly 8-Ball team divisions. Most divisions are 5-player teams, but 4-player team divisions are sometimes used, especially where it is difficult to build 5-player teams. The smallest league we can sanction is normally 30 players in one division, which is a minimum of six 5-player teams. Each standard 4 or 5-player team division must meet this 30 player requirement.
However, we can sanction a new league with fewer than 30 players, provided the league has a plan to achieve the 30 player minimum within the division. Exceptions are automatically made for smaller (fewer than 30) summer divisions also.

Last night, Monday 8-15, 2011 in Port Townsend, I overheard Darrel respond to a question that stimulated my curiosity. The question was how can you be sanctioned by the BCAPL if you don't have enough players (30) to meet the BCAPL's requirements. Answer: The BCAPL connected us to the Port Angeles League so that our membership would appear larger than it really is.
Is this so?
How could they do that and continue to recognize the league by a different authorization number (#263) than yours (#1119)and have it's own league operator?
While this would explain a lot of what happened to me I don't believe this to be the case. Is it?

Where are they? Where is your right to allow a smaller numbers of players than stated. (30). Where are the rules allowing a game called Call Pocket 9-Ball?
Leagues are not allowed the right to change or alter rules they feel are in the best interest of the players of the local league. Read your own statements on the BCAPL web site NEWS RELEASE, as well as other places on your web site. If we can’t believe your web site then what can we believe? That’s fraudulent?

BCAPL Announces New Rule BookThe BCA Pool League (BCAPL) today announced the creation of a new rule book designed exclusively for BCAPL play. Over one year in the making,
The Official Rules of the BCA Pool League becomes effective October 1, 2007. At that time, all BCAPL play will be governed by the BCAPL Official Rules. According to Mark Griffin, “The BCAPL believes the time is right for the introduction of its own set of rules. We feel our loyal and valued members deserve a single, easy to understand document covering all aspects of BCAPL play.
Our new book will ensure consistent application of the rules regardless of whether you play in a local, state, regional or national event.” The driving force behind the project was the BCAPL’s observation that the recent development of billiards rules has not been very user-friendly to its players. Rule changes, wording changes, and vague statements were frequently confusing, incomplete, or contradictory.
Rule interpretations by various governing bodies were not always made available in print. The upcoming BCAPL publication eliminates those problems by providing you with the most complete and carefully written set of rules the industry has ever seen. As for the game we all love, don’t worry! We didn’t change the game – we just made it clearer to understand and easier for you to play. In fact, there are only a few changes to the games you’ve been playing for years. Our mission has and always will be to serve our membership and give them the most enjoyable playing experience possible. This is just another step in that direction. Thank you all for your support!! True the league voted to play a non-legal game of call pocket 9-Ball, not knowing that it was non-legal, however over half the players were outside smoking when the vote took place and they didn’t get the opportunity to vote. They were under the mistaken impression that we were playing the BCAPL sanctioned game of 9-Ball, that they (the League Operators) advertised by flier on the bulletin board. All by the BCAPL printed rules, not some unwritten rules made up by whomever. They shouldn’t have had to be there except to sign up! For them, their presents was only a formality as was mine except I do not smoke and didn’t put together their absence with their need to vote until well after the fact. I, however, recognize their need and desire having smoked myself in the past.Remember the following! It pays to play BCAPL!
