Troy,

Brian Butler is no longer in Atlanta. He moved at least 3-4 years ago. I hear he plays poker now, but I have no personal info on this. Silas is in the tournament, but I have no other info on him.

I meet BB my name for him when he first came down, at jimmy hodges place in greenville, he was alone and i sat down and started chatting with him he told me he had not played much 9ball--but snooker, well no one knowes him so i buy him in calcutta cheap make $$$$as he played great, we long story short i follored him around and bought him often until he got well known, and he went $$$$ up . i also rember him playing in tourny in athens and butting a 7 pack on [earl the pearl] 7-0 wow !!! he shot lights out , and yes i also backed him in a few. great guy STICK:wink:

I'm in touch with Brian

I've known Brian for almost 20 years from the pool schene. I'm from Canada (Edmonton, AB) and moved to ATL in 2001. Back in the day, I was a supervisor of a pool hall called Lucky 11 and ran a cue repair shop. I did all of Brian's cue work. We hosted a ton of events back in early 90's. He was a strong player; snooker and 9ball. If you want to get in touch with him drop me a PM. We just sent some emails today. He may be in the ATL area next month.
Cheers, Mark
