My 5,000th Post

Well, I've sat here for quite a while trying to think of some kind of smart remark to dig you about being full of hot air or bologna. Maybe some king of age thing where you must be at least 75 years old to have made that many post….

SHXt, I can't think of one darn thing negative to say about you! Sheesh, your no fun at all.

You're a valued friend, Wally, and I'm glad we've had some fun times together on the tournamnet trail. Here's to more of the same.

Not to sound like a jerk or anything, but why does it take so long to get to 5k around here? I have over 11k at the guitar message board I visit, is it just that the guitar board is busier?

Why so long?

Maybe if you take time and care over every post you make and try to be sure that it is worth making, then it takes a while to do 5,000. BTW, we were really congratulating sjm on the QUALITY of his posts as much or more than on the QUANTITY.:)

Congrats SJM,

In the short time I've been on this forum I have come to truly value your posts--they are consistently informative and meaningful. Thank you!
