Topnotch cue with topnotch workmanship. The ringwork is very nice as well. Should be a good hitter too. I hope Jackson re-opens it's doors ones again.

@ Jule

Thanks mate, many greetings to Austria :)

@ BlowFish

Yes i know what you mean, this precision all done by hand is just unbelievable. This is really a Masterpiece done by Jackson Tan.
Its a shame that he will not take new orders. :(
I like your Tulipwood-Via too.

Nothing compared to yours Berny. I just like Plain Janes, but really appretiate lovely and fancy cues like yours too.

Great pictures to show how the cue progressed through various stages of the build.
Love the final set of pictures and the cue came out exceptionally well.

appreciated

It seems like a lot of the overseas cuemakers really create some intricate designs/ringwork/etc using mostly hand tools versus elaborate machinery. I must say I find that very impressive.

Absolutly stunning , both workmanship , and matierals . Finished product a work of art. Very nice. I also agree on letting the wood speek for itself. Thanks for posting the pictures. jim

Mate, you've got me drooling there for sure. Olivewood?

Olivewood is nice and stiff and has a very crisp hit.i wish it were a little more stable and could be used in solid pieces instead of having to core it.

i love Tuliwood too,and it has the absolute best smell of all woods period.

the smell of Olivewood will kind of make you sick to your stomach.it smells weird.

Olivewood will look nice on the handle of you know what? ;)

Are you up for the challenge? :D

yes.i had a piece that was yellow and curly that i put on a cue a couple of months ago.i will see if i can get another one of those.i think the yellow would make great contrast.unless you would rather have the tan colored stuff.
