My fancy Dennis Searing Cue

the thought of having an elephant ear wrap turns me totally off. i mean, snake and alligator make sense because, as we all know, they were put on this earth to provide man with nifty shoes, expensive purses, tumi luggage, and cue wraps.

but an elephant ear is more for something like bar stools and ottomans. i'll put my feet on it, but not my hands.
OUCH! PETA are going after yo azz! :D
Well, it's comforting to know, fake elephant leather out of pigskin is cheap these days.
Kangaroo skin cannot be faked though.

i still to this day cannot believe Cosmo sold that cue..

the day i first saw it.. i was in love.. that cue is one of the most beautiful cues i ever seen... even felt.. the cue feels soo perfect in your hand.. , the points, the workmanship and the wrap are flawless..

the first day i laid eyes on that cue.. cosmo said to me.

"Chris.. this is a cue that you keep forever, I will probably never sell it"

that is deffinatly Dennis Searings fanciest cue.. and it is deffinatly worth every penny...

Chris

I can be very persistant! Cosmo very kindly let me have it after much harrassment. I kept my promise to Cosmo and Dennis, it is still here. On a side, this is also Dennis Searing's favourite cue.

Si

i love to harass cosmo too.. i get much joy in life over that... :)

last time i was at his pool room.. he has this hoppe ring searing, for it being very plain, it was also very nice in the same respect.. i was strongly considering buying it.. maybe if he still has it :)

Very elegant Si, I love those boxed points and the swirl in the birdseye. Wasn't that cue written up in one of the pool mags a while back by Martyne Bachman?

Martin
