Nice looking cue Larry. I`ve always wondered if the guys that make cues, have time to make one for themselves or are they always busy making cues for others. Thanks for sharing

Great Job! Keep going, you have got it in you!

What did you decide to do for a finish?

Is that a 69' rebel in the background?

Larry has several lathes that he uses for different aspects of cuemaking. That is also a '65 mustang fastback in the background.

That is a 6-point cue and the high points are all even and the short points are all even! Larry did a great job with this cue and I know it will be a great player!

It turned out great Larry! Good job.

Your first cue with points, a six pointer, three high and 3 low, and they're all even. I still have trouble with that:embarrassed2:

Beginers luck!

The cue is bubinga and stright maple. Johns right it is a 65 mustang. I now have 7 lathes all get used at some point on just about every cue. I hate having to break a machine down and change stuff to do a job. It nice to just walk from machine to machine. I have been using Hightower's Cue Coat for about 6 months now and have been very happy with it!

Thanks for the comments!

What next?

Great looking cue. The way you are progressing, it won't be long until there is a pantagraph or cnc along with veneers in the points. Who knows, even some full splice cues with veneers.

Keep up the good work and progress, its a rotten job but someone has to do it.

Nice

I like it! When I first looked at it I just figured that you would even up the points on your 2nd pointed cue.
I didn't have a clue, and I still thought it looked nice.
