My First Post/Scott Zachow on EBAY

First of all, I just want to say hello to the AZ community, as I have been a "lurker" for a while, but am now making my first post.

Now for my question. Does anyone know anything about Scott Zachow cues on here? There is a playing cue and jump/break matching set on ebay for around $1900 and I was just looking for some info about his cues.

Thanks,
Brian

My opinion

I have had and do have some very nice cues. I once had a Zachow and lots of times I regret having sold it. The Zachow I had was solidly built, had a nice balance and great hit to it. I would recommend Zachow cues if you are looking for a great cue at a fair price.

I purchased a new 4 pt "Zac" from this same ebay seller. Never shot a ball with it. Traded it for a fancy Gilbert J/B. It appeared very well made with nice balance, just didn't particularly like the thin veneers, plain rosewood and hoppe butt style. Would guess the seller would accept your offer at about a third of the "Buy it Now" price.

Good Luck Brian.
