My first week observation of AZ Billiards

Pick a tournament, any tournament- I'll go, but I like to sleep in a car so we're going to need a driver. You got dibs on shotgun but I've got the back seat (hot chics allowed). :D Still need a safe, fast driver. No crazies and no druggies driving-that's my only request.

So we've got Cuebacca riding shotgun, DuaneE driving, JoeyA sleeping in the back seat, TRUNK MONKEY guarding us all. OK, I'm down with that.

Do we need any muscle? I'm fairly accurate with a shotgun at close range but the metal detectors pick up on them most of the time.

If this keeps up we're gonna need a BIG VEHICLE but I don't think I want to travel with one of those slow azz RV's but I will defer to the group and the driver, since he's the one who has to move the rig.

LMAO! Maybe Russ can come along and hook us up with his short bus! Perhaps some customizations by the guys at Pimp My Ride could make it really comfortable. Some leather couches, 42" LCD for Accu-Stats DVD's, maybe even a 1/4 of a pool table in the corner. Oh, and the Shanelle idea? LOVE IT! :)

Now, that a team is being developed, consensus is the word of the day. While everyone has a say in everything from here on in, the driver has the biggest say so on the vehicle. That's a lot of leather couches for a vehicle dude but I do like the Accu-Stats DVD's. Maybe www.theactionreport.com can throw in a couple for the trip also.

The Road Warriors haven't been officially invited to Williebetmore's basement so I don't know if we need to get Breakup's advice on how to muscle our way in or not.

Ok I just woke up because I work nights... and I read through most of the latter part of this thread and I still don't know what the hell I just read. :confused:

YOU KNOW, that I cannot meet you without telling my AZ brothers and sisters who you are, how you play and everything else in between.

I am a straight forward guy and don't play games, especially with my AZ family.

If this is good for you we will set something up soon.


Would you like for the meeting to take place day or night?

OK, we still need a financier who wants to finance the trip simply because he can. :D And please lay off KevinT. He is hustling new revenue streams on TV everyday with a new book, some new lotion that costs $150 and is guaranteed to get rid of your wrinkles and well you just have to turn on the TV. That man knows how to make money. :D Just let him pay the other pool players that he owes before you bring him online for the Road Trip. :)

I almost forgot I was driving... have we found a financier yet?
I'll trade a leather couch for another 1/2 pool table. Maybe one of those L shaped kind? But we won't be able to get onto 1/2 the rails... so we'll have to bank/kick a lot... I'm ok with that though.

I'm willing to stop by NC and Seattle if need be... but we need a ride first, my car is much too small.

Well, if that Trunk Monkey's commercials are doing well, maybe HE would be willing to finance us. Since Joey has an ongoing business relationship with Trunk Monkey already, perhaps he can take the simian's pulse on the idea.

Unfortunately, we never got the low down from the late, great, Breakup on how to muscle our way into Mr. Betmore's basement, so the Road Warriors may need to find a new destination for our adventure......

Pool fanatics always welcome in Betmore's Basement. Trunk monkeys must stay in the car.

The period just before and after DCC usually finds some notable pro players hanging out here; it's a good time to visit if you are in the area. Let me know if you guys ever steal.....errrr....come up with enough gas money to make it as far as Indy.
