Hey AZ'ers,
I finally got my cue in from Greg, and I have to say the pictures don't do justice to his work. After spending some hours on the phone with him, I could tell he puts his heart and soul into every cue he makes.
I fell in love with his cues when I saw them for the first time late last year. I've wanted this cue since I laid eyes on it, and I believe there is a reason you don't see any "used" GS cues floating around AZ for sale...they just play too damn good!
I've been doing some comparisons with some other cues since I got it, just to find out for myself the differences. I've shot with a Jerry Olivier cue for about 10 years now and love that cue, but I don't think it will see a pool table for quite some time now. Greg's cue plays, and feels, better to me. Now, I know that might not be the case for the next person...but everyone, including Charlie "Hillbilly" Bryant, has liked everything about it.
Well, here it is...
It's a "busy" cue, but man oh man is it beautiful. I took this pic from my cell phone, so it comes nowhere close to capturing its true beauty. I'd love to hear any comments anyone may have, and I'm sure Greg wouldn't mind either.
