Hey,

I don't know if you were close with her or not, I assume you were by posting this. I just wanted to say I'm sorry to hear your bad news. I have been through it at a young age of 10. I started playing pool after it happened and it helped to keep my mind off of it from time to time. Keep your head up and keep pushing. Again, Sorry to hear your bad news.

Thanks,
Josh Hillard

Glad you posted that, Robert. The memories that make us smile are the ones that matter.

It's been just over 20 years since I lost my mom & I still think about her. It really does get easier, that's not just bs. And pool can help too, the day she went we had a league game. Nobody expected me to show but I did. I really didn't know what else to do. It turned out I was the only one on our team to win. Playing pool helped me shut out what was on my mind & I played well. I was very thankful for that. Pool can be a great focuser of the mind.

Believe it or not, almost 3 years later when I lost my dad I found myself in the same position & it turned out the same again. My teammates on both occasions were fantastic, it's one of those times when you really do find out who the good people are.

Next game you win, just tell yourself "That one's for you, mom."

Stay strong my friend.

Sorry

but they are never gone gone because they are always in your heart, and you have all the good memories.

My deepest condolences as well.

Reading through some of this is tough on me as well as a few others I'm sure. I lost my Mother almost 2 years ago and I've never had a Father. My Mom was the world to me. She died of breast cancer and was only 57 yrs old.

Keep your chin up. It gets better with time/friends/family.

I'm very sorry for your lost...may God hold her in the palm of his hand. Stay strong my friend, I know it's hard.

Robert,

I had no idea , man. I am sorry for your loss and really hope that everything is going OK with you and the rest of your family. Now would be a good time to make it over to one of the tournaments and take your mind of everything. Once again my condolences!!.

Gary

I'm Very Sorry To Hear About Your Mom.....

P.s. The Address You Gave Me, The Postal Service Won't Accept. I Tried To Pm You But Your Inbox Was Full.

I'm very sorry to hear about your mom. I lost my dad a few years back. He was my closest friend. It's very hard to lose a parent, but it does get easier as time goes by and especially if you do as they'd want you to do, by just living your life to the fullest.
