I think she picked the nicest of the Carmelli cues Bill had and the trade back policy is absolutely the best anywhere.
I am inclined to take advantage of it next year after the holidays to get a bigger cue. The cue you just received is one
you may never want to give up but just in case, keep it all original to be safe in case you ever want to use that option.

Could we see a picture of the whole butt and the shaft too? One of the nicest cues I have ever seen. You have an amazing wife, hold on to her and the cue of course ;)

I am going to have the shafts turned down by Carmeli. The taper on them is just too much for me. (more like not enough) So I will do one of two things.

1. Turn down to 12.75 with a pro taper. (or very close to that)

2. Just have turned to a pro taper leaving them at 13mm.
 
Beautiful cue I received my Carmeli as a gift also and love it! Your wife has excellent taste.

Nice Carmeli. How does it play?

I loved the way mine played. It was my player for 3 1/2
to 4 years and I should have kept it.

Congrats on a great cue and an even better wife:)
