I just received this cue directly from Chad Carter. I don't if you guys have ever dealt with Chad, but you couldn't ask for a better guy to deal with.

This cue is six thuya burl points into maple. Yellow brown and black veneers. Flat face ivory joint with the brass 3/8x11 Southwest style pin. Gorgeous brown lizard wrap I bought from Ralph "Hit Man" Capone. (he has some great skins) Long thuya burl butt sleeve with Hoppe style ivory ring and black phenolic cap.

Thanks to Chad for a great cue...................

Thuya Burl Carter

Congrats. Great job picking that one Jimmy! Thuya looks intense. I was hoping the colors would go with that skin. And it looks even better than I'd imagined. Bet she's a player too!

Ralph, the lizard you sent was a great match......................

Chad Carter makes such beautiful cues and should be rewarded much more than he is.

Tommie1351....Thank you very much for the comment...I have really strived to better my cues over the especially over the past 2 years.

I decided to stay more toward the traditional side of cue making.

Spent more time with various shaft tapers and finishing techniques.

I not only want a "pretty cue" I want one that has great playabilty also...

Thanks Again for the comment,

Chad
