Great cue, classy and classic. In the first picture< it looks as though the base of the points are raised. Is this true or a trick of the light?

I love Bill

Classic Bill Schick.. Love the Guy and his work.. Can spot his cues from across the room..
My favorite inlay from Bill is that Starburst.. It's his first generation Starburst.. He later make another with radius inside conners.
I have that first Starburst inlayed in a piece of Ebony that he tried out that Starburst Pattern for the first time.. ..
I don't know where it is, but, it was given to me by Bill when he was with Mike Roberts at the Schick/It's George Shop in Sherevport.
Brass collar is rare...
Pride in ownership is in order here...

Beautiful Cue.

Does the Brass Joint give it any kind of a different hit than say a Stainless Steel Joint ?

Thanks just wondering,

I was the first owner (other than the dealer) of POOLPLYR1111's brass Schick. I remember it hitting the balls very hard. I really liked that cue, but ended up trading in for another Schick. I can probably name at least 6 other owners of this cue. I'm glad to see she's still in nice shape.

Nice! Congrats on a wonderful purchase. They play amazingly. The "Modified Balabushka Taper" is fantastic.

I see it is from 1994. Bill supposedly made few cues that year since he was opening his pool room. In fact, my cue was delayed in being received. It was supposed to be a 93. That is at least 1 of 3 cues that I've seen dated 1994 made by Bill. I wonder how many he made in 94?

Also, Worminator, did that cue originally come with a linin wrap or the leather wrap? I wasn't aware that Bill was doing leather wraps back then. I love the leather wrap!

I believe Bill made only two cues with a brass joint collar, here is the other one.

I SOLD A SNEAKY THAT HAD A BRASS JOINT, AND PIN. ALSO MADE IN THE 94ISH TIME FRAME.
