After many years of playing with Runde era Schons and Runde cues i have decided to make this my player.. This is a special cue for me for a couple reasons. One it has 6 veneers and it was a gift from Bob in 2006.He gave it to me to play not collect but i just didnt want to take her out. But she going to get battle tested right out of the gate next week at the I.S.P.P.A. TOURN. in Des Moines .

play

Turn her loose on them and good luck! I think it is good karma and a compliment to the maker to shoot with their cues. That is what they are made for. They pour their heart and soul into making a cue that plays the best it can. It's only right that we use them the way that was intended. It's like getting the best hunting dog from the purest blood line and keeping it on a chain it's entire life... it would be sad and a shame. So let that girl HUNT!!! Best of luck - and may the rolls be in your favor.

Beautiful and great players. I love my Runde Customs and even use one of his shafts on my Schon STL 3.

Bob is a great builder and a helluva nice guy.His old Schon cues (sharp points) are some of the best cues ever. Not sure why he is not in the Hall Of Fame? Enjoy that beautiful Runde and good luck in the Tourneys.

That's very nice Hoppe Runde

great cue
i talked with Bob a couple of days ago and he took
an order from me for a couple of cues

a Hoppe style might just become my player and a box cue
to go along with it
your is so pretty it could serve the function of collector piece and player
too
