Here is another master piece by Jeff Olney. Four sharp even points of BEM in BEM with a black veneer. The ferrule is micarta same as what MasonH uses. Taking this baby to the pool hall tonight.
Jeff was also kind enough to make me jp's capped with ivory and my initials engraved in it.

Thats the mother load of birds eye in that forearm.
Absolutely gorgeous. I would really like your thoughts on
how that 1/2 joint SS hits. Congrats again Tony on yet another beautiful
Olney cue.

Well I spent 4 hrs at the pool hall and this cue is the nuts!! Best Olney (or cue) I have ever played with.....I think the micarta ferrule gives it a great hit and it has very low deflection.
This is IMO the best hitting cue in my modest collection.

The hit of this cue and the balance is unbelievable. Mason H's micarta ferrule may have a lot to do with it.
It's incredible, I think I found the Holly Grail

Great choices, Remy!! Beautiful BEM, and I really like the inlay work you chose for the butt. Classic. I have zero doubt that it hits like a dream.
Congrats, cd.

awright folks i got to see this cue and i got 2 play with it.....yes this is 1 bad mofro.....
mr olney whatever it is that u do pls keep it up.i have tried every 1 of the cues that u have made for tony and dis 1 tops them all.i gave it the old "bump" 2 and noticed very little movement on the shaft and ferrel.
wish i could talk tony into giving one of them up i could prolly make a few more $$ a week

*at tony's trying to get him to lend me the cue for the resta the weekend but no such luck :p *

Nice Cue!

Tony - looks sweet!!! Now you have me excited. I just sent my 16 year old Olney player in for two new shafts and Jeff recommended the micarta ferrules. All I've played with are the ivory so I can't wait to get it back......it's going to be a long 3-4 weeks without it

Robin

Joe, you might need a crow bar but i have no doubt that you could make much more than a few bucks. Robin, got the cue its an oldie but still a goldie, you have taken great care to keep the cue in such great shape. thank you anyone for the kind words. Jeff Olney
