It's still a work in progress, but this to me, is heaven. I've always wanted a game room with a bar. I'm still sans bar, but it's coming...and it'll be built in where the poker table currently resides. The table has folding legs, so I'll be able to stow it away between the sectional couch and the wall, and set it up in front of the dartboards when I have a cash game or tournament. The table is an 8" Brunswick Montabello, double shimmed. It's really a beautiful table. I'm eventually going to replace that TV with a huge wall mounted flat screen. The bar, which is being built now, will have running water, a wine fridge, standard fridge, 2 taps (2 keg capacity), and a 42" flat screen LCD mounted on the wall between two wall mounted liquor cabinets. I'm going to rip up the carpet back there...and in front of the two dart boards and put in hardwood flooring...as well as a drink rail/shelf on the wall beneath the mirrors by the dart boards. I also need to install dedicated lighting for the boards as the recessed lighting just isn't cutting it. The cue rack is the match for the pool table. The two chairs are made by Brunswick as well, and represent some of the finest furniture I've seen. They're so solid. The wrap around couch has two recliners with heat and massage built in. The Chicago Blackhawks neon was a gift from my uncle in Chicago, where I'm originally from. The only thing that truly sucks...is that because of the space I had to work with...there are definitely some spots that require the short cue. But...I think it's a small aggravation over all. New Years Eve I pushed the sectional all the way back to the wall near the cue rack, and moved the TV and cart over on the wall with the mirrors, and my friend and his band set up in that area and played all night. Everyone had a great time.

Add a 5th of Wild Turkey 101 and hand me that roll and I shall come over and visit :D:D:D

Hehe That table is gorgeous. Im jsut not a red cloth fan.........but serious. get some Wild Turkey!

Nice set up. I like the added touch of the bankroll on the table. In my future pool room the only thing that will be neccessary besides a pool table of course would be one of those leg lamps from the christmas story. Always wanted one of those;)

Thank you for sharing the pics.

Heh. It's a weak bankroll. I have to pick my matchups carefully. I'm an average shooter at best. I love playing one pocket...mostly because it hides my flaws the most. LOL. But most of the action I attract...I know I'm up against it. Adam Kieler beats me one handed. Not that I feel bad...he's a helluva shot. I hate to lose, but it's ok. I learn more from watching my opponent. If I win, I consider it a bonus...but usually when I put money up, I consider it payment for a lesson.

Thanks a bunch boss. I'll post additional pics as it gets upgraded. God knows when that'll be...but... I'm far from unhappy with the way it is currently.

Very nice arrangement, Hayden. I just recently acquired space for my man-cave...and there's no greater pleasure for a pool player than that (...except for actual SKILL...but I've given up on that particular pursuit).

Congrats. The space looks great.

I'm almost certain that 8 folks out of 10 that have their own poolroom have to give up at least one corner that doesn't quite fit right. Mine is the left corner of the headstring...but it's a VERY small price to pay to have a full 5' of space around 95% of the table.

Again...congrats. The room looks great! I'll post up some pics of mine when I get home from this roadtrip I'm on.

Thanks Mark. I have a couple spots that I had to "give up" When the cue ball is on the rail, and you're trying to shoot at an object ball that's directly on the other side of the table...the short cue comes into play. But again...overall...small sacrifice to be made.
