My side.

I believe Brian owes the other guy shipping fees as he was the one who wanted to call off the deal.

Maybe he seems dodgy and suspicious, but that didn't happen before the deal was agreed to. The guy seemed to be on (keyboard) steroids/adrenaline or something. However when the cues arrive, and I hope they do, if they check out as described, I think the deal is still active unless Brian decides to call it off and in that case, Brian should send them back, pay for shipping as well as refund the guy's shipping fees.

Yea ill admit I may have been emailing a lot but was just trying too make friendly convo I guess that's not good and yes I held up my part of the deal did everything as he asked I guess I was just too excited too get my cue sorry all about all the fuss but no brian said he's not even gonna look at my cues just sand them back so guess ill have too try and find another deal I just don't see why it went this way that's why I sent mine first so he could look them over ect

Sorry too everyone if I jumped the gun or anything I hope I can still do deals with u all in the future and sorry brain for anything bad I've done I was I guess just over excited too get my new cue hope u all have good one

Prodigy...Your brain seems to be in warpspeed overdrive by reading some of your posts.. Slow down a little bit, take a deeeeep breath, try using some punctuation..(It will help slow your brain down a little), and have some faith..It is highly underrated these days..

As is the case in all trades, you risk shipping costs if the trade does not go through...regardless of the reason! With that said, I'm not surprised that someone with negative feedback would side with Prodigy. The deal ended when Prodigy badgered Brian with emails and bumped the cue he was trading after he said he would be sending it to Brian. If anything, Prodigy should be paying Brian to ship the cues back...but, Brian would not allow that! Brian is one of the GOOD guys on AZ and that is why he does not have negative feedback like you do alanvo!

Folks this is NOT a mispell, I think he really meant to say Brain and not Brian!

Just saying I didn't bump it till after my cues were already sent just moved it too top to have back up deal just in case I also said trade pending

When an item is sold or traded and shipped,it seems (to me) very odd to continue to advertise it.If it is returned, then re advertise it.Something doesn't "smell" right here.My $.02

Not according to the USPS tracking info! You bumped it before you sent the cues. Regardless you simply don't get it...you besmirched one of AZ's finest and now you WILL suffer the consequences. Who in their right mind would want to deal with you? Your credibility now is 0!

Well this was my first deal I've ever done over internet and I guess I made a mistake by bumping it if I would have known it would have made our deal go like this I would have never emailed the guy I sent my cues and just stayed off the site and hope my cues came one day

You sent your cues out on 20 Feb...you should have provided a tracking number at that time. You should have given them until 23 Feb or so before sending a follow-up email, but that was a Saturday, they were being sent to a business address. Remember that we have had some major snow/ice in the immediate hub areas, so the mail would be a little slow. They will probably show up today, 25 Feb.

Had you acted in a normal manner, somewhat more restrained than 50-100 emails, Brian would be receiving your cue probably today, and sending your new toy out tomorrow...you would have received it Thursday/Friday, and everyone would have been happy. You would have had a new toy, and some good feedback, and folks would have felt very comfortable dealing with you.

Instead, you acted nervous about the deal, like you were afraid something would happen...50-100 emails worth (Brian is running a business full-tilt and could never respond to that many emails). You also continued to bump the items, something that you just don't do...you simply edit it with "pending trade", or something simiar. Both of those actions raised serious red flags about the transaction. Someone like Brian, a great guy and a room owner, just can't take a chance with something/someone acting like that, so he cancelled the deal, and everyone lost out.

You still haven't given your age, but you say that you are referred to as a "prodigy", a term usually given to a youngster. Your actions appear to me to be those of an inexperienced person (in the cue trade arena). If you are young and inexperienced, I hope that you learn from this transaction and have great luck with the future.

If you are a scammer, I hope that you never post on here again.

How is that profesh?

You had sent him around 50-100 emails....he is running a business with customers around him from 11am until 2am when they close. He sent you an email asking you not to contact him again, and you feel it was ok to start calling him then? If anything, you could have sent a final email saying "Oops!! Sorry...guess I got out of line. Won't happen again. Let me know when the cues arrive. Thanks."

You don't have ADD/ADHD, do you (I notice that you continue to avoid the age question)? Just wondering about which part of the "Leave me alone" message he gave you that you did not understand...or did you simply choose to ignore it?

So if you are to trade with someone, and he sends you something you clearly don't see a future with, knowing that what he sent is completely not as described, will you send it back and pay for shipping?

Thanks for attacking me personally, my negative itraders don't show so much about me. In both negative itraders, I completed my end of the deals flawlessly. I had since requested them to be removed, however I have yet been heard by Wilson and the rest of the MODs. Maybe they're too busy...

p/s: I don't side with Prodigy nor would I agree to his actions and attitude.
