Not one single person that I am aware of has ever said that they do not think that Mr Varney will eventually build the cues. I don't understand why you and a couple of other people keep trying to make that the issue. I would say to read the thread again but something tells me it won't make a difference.smokey said:
For him to come through, he has to complete the cues in the time frame promised, or have good communication with those customers that are willing to continue to wait when he is unable to keep his obligations. He has ALREADY failed to come through, and unless he has a time machine, he cannot ever come through in that regard for the current customers. The best he can do at this point is to start to communicate religeously with them, and to make an honest effort to work something out with them that will help make up for their unreasonably long waits.
The only other way to come through at this point is to immediately issue refunds to those that are requesting it. Once he has missed the promised delivery date by a significant amount of time, he no longer has the legal or moral right to refuse to return their money. To keep money without providing the services agreed upon (including timeframes) is theft.
Unlike you, I don't see him coming through. I don't even see him attempting to make even the smallest efforts to come through. I hope he changes that and proves me wrong.
