Text this to Deno, since he has a lot to learn about sales & integrity. The worst thing you can do when trying to sell something (which is what KT & he have been trying to do to the pool world) is make a promise you can't keep. Don't tell the customer that you can have new tires put on the car if your boss won't allow it. Don't tell the customer that you have a different size or color in the back room if you don't have it. Don't tell them what the special of the day is if the kitchen already ran out. Don't tell the pool world.....

Thanks for the efforts made.Now that the charade of going through all the stalling excuses has been dropped and the IPT staff have admitted to you that the delayed payment problem had absolutely nothing to do with Fedex,missing cheque books,mail problems,IRS or global warming........did you get any impression at all during your conversations with any of them that they now regretted repeatedly lying to players or that they now felt that what they had done in that respect was plain wrong or was it more a case of the old military excuse of "just following orders" or did you get any sense at all of an underlying attitude of "these players are damned lucky to be associated with IPT and if they want to continue they'll just have to take whatever attitude we shove their way" ?

Just curious, people can be very perceptive, as well as people who are being deceptive except for compulsive liars, are easy to see through. What overall impression through your human perception did you actually get from him? It goes without saying he was not going to be completely candid with you. He sounds like he may be enjoying a safe state of deniability.
In other words, don't tell me something I will have to lie about, tell me only what I need to know. I very seriously doubt he has much knowledge of KT dealings beyond what KT wants him to know. This does not excuse him from any wrong doing though. The I know nothing, "I was only following orders" hasn't flown in 60 years.
I think the vagueness of his conversation and lack of answers from who is supposed to be a principal in the organization was not at all encouraging for any positive outcome in this thing. His answer KT has been out of the country is ridiculous, they don't have text messaging or cell phones, they are not in daily communication, this isn't 1960s.
