Picked this up on a whim because I love the looks of it and the guy said it was one of the best playing cues he had but had no idea what it was and wasn't really into the old oil rubbed look. I am in to that look.
Looks a lot like a Dave Bollman (Bowman - I can't remember the spelling) from Virginia Beach. I refinished one of his cues that came in with this type of finish. He has since passed away. He made a great hitting cue. Anyways - it looks like his work.
interesting...I bid on it becasue it has some much I like in a sneaky....satin finish, old brown phenolic, big pin, and some birdseye..enough to get me excited about cues again....My first thoughts were Schrager,Prewitt or Padgitt...just has that West Coast look, lol. Love the cue but 200 was my cut off, lol.
