Mystery Cue - ID Help Needed

Looking for some opinions or info on this cue I picked up. I included pics of underneath the bumper and shaft inserts where there appears to be something on them that I cant make out. Cue will most likely be for sale in the next week or 2. Any help is appreciated.

Strong feeling it's an import. They have been sold under numerous brand names. If straight then likely a decent player I would think.

I had a plain Jane McWorter that was a dead ringer for this....
...bought it at Shooters in Olathe early 90s.
...but I think this is a copy cue.
 
Cheap import.....they were sold on eBay for a while under all different names ...Google search "MR zebra wood cue" and you'll see pics of it
 
China made SW style cues

They are normally listed on ebay

I have bought 3 or 4 of them, normally 1 shaft warps I paid 59.00 a piece for them with free shipping out of china.
I guess its a American that has a factory in china.







I guess they are a ok cue for the price.
