Mystery cue

Hoping this attachment comes across. I'm trying to figure out who made this cue with a "W" on the butt end.

Some interesting replies, and some humorous ones as well! It's got me baffled because I feel like it is a quality stick but can't tie it to any certain maker. I had one suggestion that it might be a fellow named Woods but haven't seen a similar one. I'll keep searching... Thanks to all.
 
I don't know the answer, and don't have a wise guy response. I will say, pictures of the pin, under the bumper, and forearm picture may help more than the w in the butt. If Chopdoc doesn't know....we need more pictures.
 
Definitely not a Robert Weir cue, Weir cues used a flying W on the forearm for trademarking and were just a production cue made under contract by Adam
