You apparently have a good thing going, a name that is becoming established and now your thinking about changing the name? Sorry, just trying to point out the obvious. Although the name does sound a little goofy, its memorable and already established....you have already beaten the hardest part of the game.

I agree Tom. Its kind of a goofy name but you already have it established.
If you really want to change it I'd also put in a vote for "Ultra". Simple and easy to remember.
I finally ordered some - I'm a little slow on the uptake sometimes!!
As to what you should name them ... It's somewhat a matter of who you think your ultimimate customers are. Yes, we order them from you and we install them. But what about the player who brags to his friends - "Wow this new tip I got from my cuesmith is the best ever!" His friends ask "What tip is that?" From your perspective, you want the player to answer with a simple, definitive name and he can go to his preferred cuesmith and ask for that one. From my perspective, I want the player to answer, "Hell, I don't know, go ask Gary".
It's not like we're getting rich installing tips, but (for me at least) it's partly the pleasure of asking the player "How do you shoot? Lots of English? Do you break and play with the stick?" and then selecting a tip from my stock that I think will suit that player's style - and getting the positive feedback that I chose something good. Of course, sometimes I get "This tip sucks!!" Then I replace the tip with something else, at my cost, and we start the cycle again. Making the right selection on the first try leads to customer satisfaction and more business down the road.

Rename them! Then the ones I have will be collectors items!! 
All joking aside, I too think the name is fine as is. Don't fix something that ain't broken says I...if your are insistent, I'm thinking just Ultra or UltraTH maybe or UltraSK, if Ultra sounds a little too generic.
