Name That Chalk?

I am watching the 2004 World Pool Championship final from Taiwan Chang vs Pagaulayan & I have spotted that Alex has left a peice of chalk on the rail closest to him as Chang is taking his shot, it has a black wraper on it & you can see as clear as I think you are going to at 58:48 in the following link:
