Alright ladies and gents, this is a Helmstetter that I recently came across. I am looking for info on it. It appears to be made in the 80's-90's. In one of the pictures you can see it has Helmstetter in gold, it has 4 points. Thanks for all replies!!! Trying to get an idea of its value, model number, year made, and whatever else you have to offer. Thanks again!!

Hey Joseph, the cue is a Helmstetter Model 86-10 that was made in the 1990's. The retail price for that cue in 100% condition was $415 in 1996. However, unfortunately while these cues are great players and very well made they have never become collectible because they were made in Japan.

If I were you I would not consider selling the cue, I would use it as a player. In todays market because of the above, it is most likely worth between $200 and $300 if it is straight and the shaft is still 13mm.

Hope this helps.

thank you so much. I appreciate the recomendation to play with it, it's amazingly still straight with one original shaft. Thanks again.
