Narwhal Ivory Tusk in Canada

A friend asked me to see if any cue builders or anyone else would be interested
in a Narwhal Tusk, this is an A+ quality tusk of 5 figure value! Its 95" long 3.25"
At the base 2.25" in the middle, 17.8 lbs and straight its as high quality as Narwhal
Ivory gets!
He inherited it from his brother who passed ... he use to run a grocery store in
Nunavut and took the tusk on trade from some Inuit people for food, my friend
would like to sell it to help him and his new wife buy their first home

Researched it through fish & wildlife Canada, its legal to sell anywhere but the USA or the UK hence the part of the title "IN CANADA"
 
I'm not up to speed on the laws and surely not in the market for a piece of ivory that large. Just wanted to note that is one beautiful piece of ivory !!! Good luck with the sale.
 
What kind of tip?
How far from the butt is the balance point?
How would you compare the hit to a Schön?
