Need help Identifying this Titlist

This is a 3/8's 10 Flatfaced Ivory Joint. It has a cool pressed Cortland Wrap. I was thinking that with the way these Silver Rings are on the collars, someone might help me find out who might have made this cue, before I put it in the Wanted/For Sales Section. All White is Ivory.
