I believe it's Woody Woodworth's old logo. I could be wrong though. It's been a while since I've seen one.

Confirmed with Woody today it was a Titlist conversion he did about 15 years ago for a fellow named Duffy in S.A., Tx. The Joint is ivory as the Hoppe style ring and the dots at the end of the reverse points. The pin is a 3/8-10.
