need help to ID a cue

All I know is that the original owner bought this cue new in the 60's somewhere in Phila.
The cue's original shaft was warped so I had Steve Lomax build another one so the cue can either be a hanger or a player. Steve did an outstanding job in matching the collar.
I was told it's a Palmer but I can't believe that because of the joint.
I was thinking maybe a Rich cue?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Rich,

How's everything in Frackville?

That's a Rich cue, for sure. I've owned a couple of that particular pattern...

Best regards,

Steve in Phoenix

Definitely a Rich Cue... I've got 2 of them and the joint and rings give its ID away!
