Need help, who made this cue?

Cue was purchased new in the 60's in Pennsylvania.That's all I know.
I also need a piece of the white marble like material to make another shaft for it,I will gladly pay for it.

What size Pearl shaft collar piece do you need, I have plenty of the Original material that was used on that cue along with the Palmers.

Let me know what you need, I can steer you in the right direction.
