Need help with a shaft

I have a shaft made by a cue maker that does not have matching ringwork to the cue I use it for. The cue maker is retired so he is not an option, but I just want to send the butt and shaft to someone who does good work that can put a matching collar on the shaft. It's just black collar with a thin silver ring. Any suggestions on who can do this?

No malice intent, but you're in the wrong forum.

i'm sure you will find a cue maker that would gladly match up your ring work.

I actually meant to put this in the main forum and put it here on accident......can the mods move this to the main forum?

I hesitate to do ask the cue maker because I am half looking for reviews from people who may have done this before....thanks
 
OK, So I thought I would try this Ryan guy....emailed, called, no reply.....Thought I wouold try Phillipi...called, pm sent....no reply.....

Any other suggestions? I juts need the colllars popped off 2 shafts and a matching collar made and glued on for the 2 shafts I will provide....I may even need the butt refinished so there is more EASY money.....Any cuemakers you guys suggest?:D

Yeah...go to Scot. It'll cost around $130 for 2 shaft collars.

It shouldn't take too long. :smile:
 
I would call Steve dunkel but i know he is swamped ...but that would be my best suggestion

I'll try him again Don...it's been a while since I gave you any money...I got a small cue to trade but I got cash and im looking for a Barry, Gus, showman, or Gina......email with what you got for sale:thumbup:
 
KJ does some nice work. He has done some stuff for me matching ringwork for a southwest and it came out very nice. I was very satisfied with the results. He was even willing to sell the billet to me upon my request.
