No idea on the cuemaker. But I'm sure someone will identify it with the cross design. I like the butterflys between the points. Pretty neat look

The cue is a Helmstetter, I think the cue was a Lori Jon Jones model. This was a players model cue made on the late 70's or early 80's. These cues were made for players sponsored by Helmstetter. The cross on the forearm is how I know it is a players model, but I could be wrong that is was a Jones model.

I would contact The Adam Cue Company, they can give the exact information on the cue. I will say that I do not think these were high production models, I have only seen one other with the cross.
